The workshop is held in the Aura Awakening Academy Facebook Group 5/5-5/11
Each day of this workshop I will provide:
○ Video by me discussing the self growth topic that relates to that day’s Chakra
○ A worksheet with exercises that will allow you to journal & reflect on the day’s theme
○ A guided meditation including affirmations for Chakra alignment
○ A graphic explaining more about the day’s Chakra, including info on blocked/overactive chakras, healing crystals & essential oil blends
○ Yoga poses that are targeted to help align the day’s Chakra
This workshop will teach you the tools to explore the chakras and relate them to your self-growth journey. You’ll be able to go back to the guided meditations whenever you’re in need of a chakra alignment. You’ll learn to identify when a chakra is out of alignment and how to balance it. You’ll be able to hear my personal tips about how key elements of the chakras have helped enhance my journey to becoming the best version of me.
